When does the admission window open?+
Applications for the 2026–27 academic year open on December 1, 2025 and close on March 31, 2026.
Is there an entrance examination?+
For Pre-KG to Class V, we conduct an age-appropriate informal interaction with the child and parents — no written test. Class VI onwards, students take a basic competency assessment.
What is the medium of instruction?+
English is the primary medium across all classes, with Tamil and Hindi as language subjects. Tamil is mandatory under Tamil Nadu State Board norms.
Are scholarships available?+
Government Minority Scholarships are available for eligible Christian, Muslim, Jain, Sikh and Buddhist students who meet Government criteria. The school also admits 25% of students free of charge under the Right to Education (RTE) Act, with entry at LKG level (since 2013). Free bus passes from the State Government are available for eligible students.
Do you provide transport?+
School buses cover Kovilambakkam, Nanganallur, Madipakkam, Pallikaranai, Velachery, Adyar and surrounding areas. Routes available on request.
How do I request a Transfer Certificate (TC)?+
Parents must submit a written requisition letter to the school office. Students leaving mid-term are required to pay fees for the full term. A minimum 10 days' written notice is required for any withdrawal.
What are the school hours?+
Pre-KG: 9:10 AM – 12:00 Noon. LKG: 9:10 AM – 2:30 PM. UKG: 9:10 AM – 3:30 PM. Std I–V: 9:25 AM – 3:45 PM. Std VI–X: 9:25 AM – 4:00 PM. Std XI: 9:00 AM – 4:15 PM. Assembly at 9:15 AM daily.
